D & D Stationers Ltd. was founded in 1976 by Des McElroy and Don Conroy, supplying stationery and office products to businesses across Ireland. Built on reliability, service, and word of mouth, the company quickly became a trusted name in the region.
In 1995, Ciarán Hennessy joined the team as a sales rep. Over the years, he worked closely with clients, built long- standing relationships, and developed a clear understanding of what businesses really need to support their teams.
By 2009, Ciarán took full ownership of D & D Stationers. In 2015, he brought the business online with the launch of www.danddstationers.ie, offering even greater convenience to customers across the country.
Why Chairs?
In recent years, more and more of our customers began asking for better quality seating. Chairs that would last, feel comfortable for long hours, and meet the demands of a modern office. We saw the same thing again and again. People wanted something better than the standard catalogue options, but didn’t know where to start.
That’s why in 2025 we launched D & D Chairs. A focused online store offering a curated range of ergonomic chairs backed by over 40 years of customer service experience.
